Im flying into Washington, DC, this morning in order to continue the preparation for the oral arguments scheduled for Wednesday at the Supreme Court of the United States.  This afternoon, we will be doing moot courts for Mat Staver from the Liberty Counsel as well as Greg Abbott, the Attorney General of Texas.  Both cases will be argued starting at 10 oclock on Wednesday morning, and I plan on bringing live reports from the Supreme Court for our Jay Sekulow Live! radio broadcast that afternoon.  Please continue being in prayer for all of the lawyers who are working on this case, as the ramifications of the Supreme Courts decisions will be significant.

We have two additional cases now at the Supreme Court of the United States out of Ohio that involve Ten Commandments displays.  These cases are being held pending the outcome of the Texas and Kentucky cases.  Linda Greenhouse, Supreme Court reporter with The New York Times, did an interesting news report on the upcoming Ten Commandments cases, and we have posted her report in our News Section for you to review.  There will continue to be a number of press interviews and final preparations being made.  All the briefs have been submitted, the Justices have had ample opportunity to review the briefs, and we are now in the final stages of oral argument preparation.  I will keep everyone posted.

And, an important late breaking development on Friday in the case of Terri Schiavo.  As you know, a stay that prevented her feeding tube from being removed was to expire on Friday afternoon.  A Florida judge extended that stay until March 18th - giving Terri's parents and her Florida attorneys more time to pursue the legal issues involved.
