Human Cloning Protection Act

The ACLJ will be assisting in the development of a new bill measure sponsored by Senator Sam Brownback (R-KS) and Senator Mary Landrieu (D-LA) that would enact a national ban on the creation of human embryos by cloning.  The House passed a human cloning ban in 2003, but a lack of support in the Senate stymied movement of the measure.
