With the resignation of Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, the focus is now on President Bush to nominate a replacement to the high court who will be faced with some of the most important issues of our day.

ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow is on the front lines in this nomination battle.  Jay is working with Boyden Gray, Counsel to former President Bush; Ed Meese, Attorney General under Ronald Reagan; and Leonard Leo from the Federalist Society.
