ACLJ Files Opening Brief In Seventh Circuit HHS Mandate Appeal
Today, my ACLJ colleagues and I filed our opening brief with the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in one of our challenges to the HHS Mandate. The Mandate requires most employers, under pain of penalty, to pay for employee health insurance that covers contraceptives, abortion-inducing drugs, sterilization, and related education and counseling. SCOTUS Urged to Consider ACLJ's ObamaCare Case
As I told you earlier this month, we were determining which course of action we would take in appealing our decision by a federal appeals court in Washington, D.C. upholding the constitutionality of a key part of ObamaCare. ObamaCare Follow-up: More Unpopular Than Ever; What's in a Name?

There's been another step forward in having the United States Supreme Court hear the constitutional challenges to ObamaCare.
