$13.5 Million in Taxpayer Funding Back to Planned Parenthood
The state of Texas passed a law preventing Planned Parenthood affiliates in Texas from receiving taxpayer dollars. Federal Appeals Court: Texas Can Defund Planned Parenthood … for Now
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has overturned a federal district court ruling that prevented the State of Texas from defunding Planned Parenthood. Yesterday, the federal district court granted a preliminary injunction to Planned Parenthood preventing the enforcement of a new Texas law that would have defunded Planned Parenthood in that state. The Pro-Abortion War on Women
California law prohibits a person from performing or assisting in an abortion if the person lacks a valid license to practice as a physician and surgeon. Violation of this law is punishable by a fine not exceeding $10,000 or imprisonment, or both.
