Iran Delays Again – Pastor Youcef in Jail for Christmas
We have just received word from our sources in Iran that a decision on the fate of Christian Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani - the Christian pastor who faces execution for his faith in Iran - has been further delayed. As we reported last month, the Court of Gilan Section 11 said that it would issue its decision by mid-December if it did not receive the advice it sought from the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei. Early this week, as the deadline loomed, Ayatollah Sadegh Larijani, the head of the Irani... Continue Reading

In a major development in the fight to save the life of Christian Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani who faces execution for his faith in Iran, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has called for his unconditional release. Iranian Ayatollah’s “Secret Security” Pressure Christian Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani
New developments for Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani, the Christian pastor sentenced to death in Iran, may be an effort by Ayatollah Khamenei to entrap him. This propaganda contained information as to why, according to Iran, Islam is the one true faith. The agents req... Continue Reading

International Pressure Keeping Pastor Youcef Alive
The increasing international pressure on Iran to spare Pastor Youcef’s life and release him is having a tremendous impact. It has now been three weeks since Iran could have carried out the death sentence for Pastor Youcef, yet he is still alive, and his case has been sent to Iran’s Supreme Leader for determination. As this recent article notes: Iran's death sentence for Christian pastor Youcef Nadarkhani's has not been carried out, and now there are complications developing that co... Continue Reading

Youcef’s Attorney: No Retrial – Keep Pressure on Iran
Christian Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani’s attorney in Iran, Mohammad Ali Dadkhah, who we have been working with closely on this case, has just confirmed to the ACLJ that there has been no retrial ordered by the Iranian Supreme Court. As we have been explaining, the media’s reports about a “retrial” in this case mistakenly refer to a hearing that already occurred on September 25-28th, in which Pastor Youcef was ordered to recant his Christian faith or die. As you know, he resp... Continue Reading
