Message to Holder: NYPD Surveillance is Legitimate Response to Terrorism
We have prepared a 12-page legal analysis showing very clearly that the surveillance methods used by the New York City Police Department (NYPD) are not only effective, but constitutional as well. Holder Should Focus on Terrorists, Not NYPD
There is simply no basis in fact for the Department of Justice to review the lawful surveillance techniques used by the New York City Police Department (NYPD) since the devastating attacks of 9/11.
