The American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ) is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to hear an Ohio Ten Commandments case that deals with an issue that one attorney says is "constitutionally permissible."

Judge James DeWeese has a display in his courtroom that contrasts moral law reflected in the Ten Commandments with the Humanist Manifesto, which reflects moral relativism. The poster displayed is entitled: "Philosophies of Law in Conflict."

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed suit, but ACLJ attorney Geoff Surtees is asking the Supreme Court to take the case, as his organization argues the ACLU does not have legal standing to sue. . . .
